Recruitment

Member councils can continue to use WSALC CEO as a sounding board for recruitment eg  pay levels, likely response to a vacancy, job descriptions and person specifications. An advert can be placed on the website at no charge but if work such as response to applicants, arranging interviews, taking up references, drafting contracts is involved there will be a charge, this will vary depending on the amount of work likely to be involved.

We will also assist council with sourcing a locum at times of need, please contact the CEO.
